Here's one with coach @neil_yoda_hill1 from last week 5 1/2 weeks out when @ryanloco was in town and I had my ginger beard. - 3 days after this shoot and the day before the #NpcNorthEastShowDown I picked up a 48hr bug (sickness) Prior to my Guest appearance (those who follow the IG stories know) this passed weekend. I'm finally getting back that fullness and graininess and filling out, it's amazing how two days can side track a great prep. I have No more travel and the head is down for the line.
