Welcome back!
I wasn’t allowed to do sports for a few weeks and then I just couldn’t get myself back to it, but I finally managed! I am very proud of myself, and although I took many breaks during my jog (otherwise I wouldnt habe managed to go such a long way) I am verd happy with the result! Also i was freezing half of the time lol❄️

First run since my half marathon. Better than expected, it was pretty hot & I felt sleepy but I was faster than I thought so that's cool. Also 35min weight workout after.
Now for a protein filled breakfast.

Very weird and long Sunday. Started with yummy alternative chorizo for breakfast tacos. A long zombies run to get into the gym, in the rain I should add. Then after quick lifting and having to walk back home. So like 14 or 15 km total but eh. Thankfully, my favorite track from One Piece got me through. Now to eat, relax, and catch up on One Piece. So close.
It was a pretty quick pace for me for training but I guess I needed it! Ran 7km with a walking break 1/2 way for one min. I had a sassy teen who wouldn't move from my lane and I had a group of onlookers who cheered me on from their lawn chairs. I guess you get all kinds on the running trail lol
