After reading this, it makes me want to make one as well. I just experienced this 3 days ago -_- and they had the nerve to ask my help with coding when they had clearly copy & pasted part of my theme code to their theme.
They asked for help after stealing your codes? Ugh, people. For the person on my list so far, they actually went into my theme code and edited my link out to change it to one of their own, and they've been posting so I know they've been on. They've edited the sidebar since my first ask so I know it's not just posts from a queue, they're literally just ignoring my messages and that's not cool.
You should do one too, if people are going to steal stuff or remove credits and refuse to remove stolen codes or refuse to credit they should be called out on it so people know who goes around stealing stuff.
