Upsettingly delicious pizza at 800 Degrees in Shinjuku. I love their giant terrifying oven. Our favorites were their seasonal lamb pizza with fresh jalapeño and red wine pickled onions that tasted like candy, and also their bacon jam, which I can’t stop thinking about. We put that on a white pizza with avocado walnut tartare but it needs something else... I’m determined to perfect it in the future.
