M/19/6’2 130kg (286 pounds) to 85kg (187 pounds) still got a tiny bit more to lose but im finally happy here's what I looked like at 130 compared to now so my weight loss journey started around a year ago on a holiday in Phuket when i got there and saw myself in a mirror i was annoyed i had let myself go so much when i went out a lot of locals and others made fun of my weight whens the baby due etc i was the most miserable i had ever been on holiday i came back and thought to myself where did most of my problems come from ?
Currently at a dress size 16 to 18. Haven't used this blog much and want it as a way to motivate myself. I need to start this again for my health and confidence
Could you tell I was happy after that set 🙈. Finally hit 85kg for 6x6. Pretty tiring but got there in the end. Got some chalk to start working on grip without gloves 👌🏾. This would also be a good time to mention that I have officially signed up for my first @britishpowerliftingunion competition in May and prep begins in about 3 weeks.
