Kimmel had said that "many in MAGA land are working very hard to capitalize on the murder of Charlie Kirk" and has been a longtime critic of the president.

The 1st Amendment to the federal Constitution protects speech like this, but conglomerates like Disney have much to lose from a hostile presidential administration.
