Ok see, I’ve always wanted to cover this song.
But then my singing voice was always...too low(?) to sing it at the original pitch without cracking. I must have attempted this like 5 times and I can hear some mistakes but whatevs you know. I do like the glitch effects I put in tho.
Credits time:
Hibikase(Resonate): Reol&Giga-P, originally sung by Miku
English Lyrics: Here

Capable sat with a few odds and ends in her lap, twisting and tucking here and there. Open books sat beside here, open to this page or that, pictures of women with flowing hair and clothes on broomsticks and glitter about them. Capable glanced at a picture again, putting up another stray piece of fabric to tuck into the makeshift doll she was trying to create. She was biting at her lip, obviously trying to concentrate on the tiny craft at hand.
@mistrals-son “Did you shrink since I last saw you?”
She stopped short at the comment and turned to regard Mercury with an expression that bordered on the bemused. Parasol hanging neatly from her upturned wrist Neo stiffly edged closer, eyebrow raised high to make a deliberate show of inspecting him from head to toe. Her chin met her palm as if to genuinely deliberate over his question, one gloved finger pressing to her lips in a final thought, it might even have appeared that she struggled with the correct use of words until she gestured to him- “I didn’t know they stacked crap that high.” Her signing was lazy, entirely uncaring in whether sign language was a skill he even knew. She didn’t need him to read, he was already stupid enough.
I always feel this little twinge of guilt whenever I post about X and then an X-themed blog follows me. I just. I want to pull that blog aside and say,
no. oh no, this is not an X-blog. I almost never talk about X. Mostly I just reblog animals and nature stuff.
Do you like big cats? I have plenty of those. Or maybe fungi is more your thing. Or ooh! What about skulls??
guess I need to make a Jurassic Park tag now
