I don’t know about you, but I’ve been feeling scatterbrained and all over the shop. It could be the crazy weather we’ve been having in Sydney, which is throwing my Vata energy into a crazy imbalance or maybe I’m just trying ‘to do’ too much. A friend of mine has been wanting me to do this course which sounds amazing and I’d love to do it at some stage, but right now, I need to let go of some stuff to focus on my ‘whys’. I’m the type of person that likes to dabble in lots of different things and I have a hard time saying ‘no’. What I’ve realised is that when I have my eggs in too many baskets, I do a half assed job and I’m left feeling depleted, overwhelmed, all over the shop and ungrounded! I’ve been really focusing on my ‘whys’ and the things that are important to me and letting go of the things that aren’t really serving me or helping to achieve my goals. Its challenging to let go, especially since I think I can do everything and all at once, but in the end, I’ll have more time and freedom. Since, I’ve let go of a few projects, I have more space and I’m going ‘all in’ and taking my online business to the next level in 90 days!
