it took 41 hours and 37 minutes of my life, but i finally did it!

This piece was a fuckin’ JOURNEY to get through, holy shit. I think this is the longest i’ve spent on one drawing ever, and i’m genuinely euphoric about how it turned out! I genuinely can’t thank my amazing friend @syl16 enough for their comprehensive feedback and advice, I don’t think I would’ve gotten this far without their undying patience to help me… :’)

It’s been a LONG while since I’ve made a complete, rendered piece... I still can’t believe i went from artblock in the beginning of the year, to rendering an entire drawing from start to finish! I genuinely feel so proud of myself <3

Best part is, i think this turned out to be a perfect contribution to celebrate the release of Moomintroll: Winter’s Warmth today! I’m hoping to play it this week♡
