I have been developing some original characters and been working on these magazine illustrations for them for weeks now! These four are Noelle, Dahlia, Violet and Dylan ( if the names Noelle and Dylan sound familair, no they don’t! Iykyk )
They live in California in the 1990s and are part of a grunge band called My Pretty Insides, which started around 1990 and reached their peak in 1995 before disbanding around 2001. My big inspirations for the group are Hole and Babes in Toyland, so their aesthetic and sound are very reminiscent.
