On November 12th we pause to pay tribute to the visionary women who conceived and founded our illustrious sisterhood - Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Ninety-six years ago, these seven school teachers accepted the challenge to light a torch for aspiring educators. They established community service as a guiding principle for us to build upon.
