That magnetic-pulse had done a number on his systems-- it had been considerably lighter than a full on EMP, but it was still wreaking havoc on him. Various warnings were covering his vision, and that irritating voice was a little louder now... main functionality was still online, and luckily, it didn't seem like any of the inhibitors were flipped off.
But he couldn't really get up, trying to do it on his own, the loud whining and whirring sound of his servos kicking in, trying to push themselves into gear. Usually they weren't so loud, but this was a stressful situation. And now, of all people, his enemy was trying to help him. Cyan optics narrowed their gaze at Sonic the Hedgehog as another blast rang through the facility, shaking the very earth they both stood on.
"Shut up-p-p-p--" Okay, maybe main functionality wasn't completely online, his voice was glitching a bit and he had a pounding headache. "I don't need your help-p, Sonic. I don't-t-t-t need anyone's help." His hands opened and closed, pushing and willing himself to recover more quickly. He had to, needed to. Gotta take out Sonic, gotta show Lord Eggman what a good decision he was.
"I'm the hero of this story-- N-Not YOU."
