Julian definitely has homework to do. But will he do it? He'll think about that later. When his mother had asked him to go out for dinner with her, he told her to just bring him something back because he has a lot of homework, and as he picks a couple golden drachma out of a box on his dresser, he kind of feels bad that he isn't doing his homework although he told her he would. 

He wants to talk to someone at camp. He decides on Brent because even before he left camp, he hadn't talked to him in a while. He takes his drachma into his kitchen and turns the sink on. After setting up the spray nozzle to continue to spray with a rubberband, he sends an Iris message to Brent and leans against a counter, hoping Brent isn't busy...with like Rae or something.

Julian is so bored that he's resorted to throwing marshmallows at the campfire. One of the other cabin counselors already complained to him about how he's wasting food, but he merely shrugged and threw in three marshmallows at once because she'd bothered him. He pops a marshmallow in his mouth every now and then.

Julian leaves the campfire, bored. He didn't see Koda, Malia, or Bree so he figures he should just go and find something else to do. As he's walking away, he thinks he sees Brent, so he starts heading toward him. He wonders if Brent knows about Malia and Drew, and if Brent doesn't, Ian decides he should tell him and also let him know that he tried to put in a good word about him to Malia.

Brent. A new camper. A son of Ares apparently. Ian hasn't gotten along very well with Ares' kids; he has the sword scars to prove it. But Ian decides he's new, so he's pretty sure they won't get into a fight right now. 

He sees Brent standing outside of his cabin, waiting for Ian, probably. Ian hesitates in getting closer. Brent just looks a little...unapproachable. Finally, Ian shrugs and walks up to Brent.

"Hey," Ian says smiling. "I'm Julian and cabin eleven is my summer home. Welcome to CHB."
