After so many sweets in our last post we will suggest some exercise!!
This weekend the Buff Epic Run is taking place in Barcelona. On december 21st the Buff Epic Run will bring together 3,500 runners pretending to have fun and enjoy a sports day in Montjuïc where sense of humor, costumes and live music are present.
This run is not a timed or competitive test for being the fastest but it rewards…
