“Well, you can’t blame me for forgetting I had food in front of me, I was invested in the conversation.”
He’d eyed the last couple bites of his delicious Belgium Waffle and only now remembered just how hungry he was, sort of taken aback that he was truly that involved in the topic at hand to forget to eat such a treat.
