There was what looked like a flash to the left and something hit his right cheek near his ear, which tilted his head. He put his hand up to hold his ear (his right ear) he then proceeded to fall sideways away from the podium (towards his left) and was in a half fetal position on the floor. He did not move as people in suits were rushing towards his body. He was wearing a black suit with a red and white striped tie.
