it’s worse right now bc at necronomiCon I did a fair amount of walking and such and had like zero time to rest bc there was so much to do so I got the shin splints on like, friday, but haven’t had any chance to rest or ice them until today PLUS I had to run today through the airport and they did NOT like that shit so they’re much worse than they were even this morning owwwww
