finally finished the path of stars and just....gray wing is becoming one of my all time favorite characters. its just crazy how his death was so gentle in the comparison to most, just lying there with his siblings and newborn kits but so fucking cruel at the same time, since he spent his entire life making sure other kits didnt go without a father, raising them when they werent even his, and then when he finally, finally has his own kits, he dies...
