Kalder had been sitting on the couch with Yuki when he noticed she had fallen asleep while showing him a movie. The Kraken looked down at her with benevolent amber eyes as he reached over to pull the blanket on the back of the couch over her small form. Using his other hand, he gently lifted her head off of his lap and slipped a pillow underneath it, resting her head back down and letting out a sigh as he brushed the hair from her face.
