Sam said he wanted to be in my pictures. So I took one. He's 41 & is from Ponchatoula, Louisiana. He siad his family used to stop off in New Orleans for bathroom breaks when he was a kid. He freely told me he used to be a crack addict, but isn't any longer. I believed him. He looked very healthy. He said he got into some trouble & spent some time in prison. He now lives in the Market Street Power Plant in New Orleans. A sketchy place to be sure. There were others who live there as well.
