i followed the recipe as exactly as i could (except for using nondairy cream in the icing, for Allergy Reasons) and my verdict is... it tastes like a pb&j with some added chocolate? and i'm honestly not mad about it, i think it's gonna make a killer breakfast with a cup of coffee this morning. shout out to emmrich's mom ❤

crawling around on the floor at all hours. doing this. for like two weeks

and when i have not been doing that, i have been either in the shower crying due to the pain OR playing baldur's gate. to stop me from crying due to the pain, lmao

#abbey why are you doing that. excellent question #past inhabitants kept a rabbit up there that peed all over and destroyed two layers of carpet. it has been uninhabitable since we moved in #so it became other people's junk storage for like two years. but finally some of that stuff is leaving our life (YAY) and we can actually #access the floor. so we did some biohazard removal!! and i did a LOT of floor sanding. and eventually this will be our new office :)#but it's also been 90° every day and we don't have AC so it's been. uh. a major slow-going struggle #we* i mean WE did a lot of floor sanding. my partner IS involved!! they just work a lot also #so i have been up there on my own...quite a bit #abbey.jpeg
