Tori wu is my favourite character from the divergent trilogy books and movies by Veronica roth. She died heroically in the second book (the allegiant) when she was trying to get out of the city along with tris ,caleb,four,christina,peter,etc.
She once had a brother george wu he died ,at least that's what she thought. She knew he was different, a divergent and she assumed that he was killed for him being who he was, a "divergent". He was found dead at the chasm. Tori thought he was killed by erudite , by janeane.
Tori always had a feeling for tris maybe because she was a divergent just like her brother and the latter's life was in danger just like her brother's.
She helped them escape the city so that they can have a good life and while doing so she was shot and she died at the moment.
When the group escaped the city they found the beuraue (i may have spelt it wrong) that is where they discovered george was alive.
He had escaped the city with amar ,both of them were divergents and they escaped the city.
George had known about the escaping and he knew his sister too was with them but when he approached the group looking for tori he was speechless he hadn't known about what had happened to tori.
She should not have died
