it’s basically just a make a wish thing and the boys sign some stuff for a sick girl and take pictures and in the end someone reads a few questions that the girls has and one of them is “louis, are you really engaged to eleanor?” and he goes ” no, no, no! wasn’t expecting that…” and harry just gives a tiny look, barely visible. They all give the girl kisses and it’s really sweet :)
