Day 183
Haven’t decided if I’m going to work out today - I don’t want to push myself too hard and make myself sick again. But if I do still feel okay enough later tonight, I’ll probably focus on core and then do a quick HIIT workout on the row machine. Today is normally legs, but the last workout I did was legs, and tomorrow is arms, so I’m just going to mix it up. Spontaneity is the spice of life.
Meals: Getting back to normal! Finally adding in a few more normal foods.

It’s officially 6 months, to the date, away from B’s and my wedding day. :)
HOLY FREAKING CRAP.
Am I the only one who thinks Emily planted the picture of her at NYE party. Coz it doesn't show her as Amanda but rather a gold digger. Of which would make Victoria angry. In which be easier to frame her for her murder as shed say to Daniel and family about her being one before they get on the boat, so they'd think Victoria really did shoot her. Coz to do it properly the public and Graysons have to believe she is guilty.
I hope someday i have a husband who says such heartfelt and loving vows as JP did tonight. And I hope for a wedding as beautiful as Ashley and JP's.
