Shatt Headcanons 2.0

I’m back with more headcanons for the best boys around! Definitely less angsty and more fluff this time (not that the last time was that angsty but meh) ;)

- Pizza Fridays - Matt and Shiro head down to the Pizza Emporium (a local pizza shop near the Garrison) every Friday to enjoy pizza and videogames

- Matt roping Shiro into pulling pranks on Iverson. Everyone says Matt is a bad influence but Shiro being like nah I’d do it anyways (he then proceeds to get into more trouble)

- Shiro filming literally everything. Going to the store, its captured. Matt driving, done captured.

- Grease is love, Grease is life – A quote by Matt and Shiro.

- Matt and Shiro constantly singing along to the Grease soundtrack and watching it whenever one of them is feeling down in the dumps.

- Addams Family. Shiro’s favorite show to watch during any occasion (especially while studying).

- While on the ship to Kerberos Matt and Shiro would sit in the pilot and co-pilot seat and talk about everything they want to achieve in life. If Matt was lucky, he got to sit in the pilot seat.

Shatt Headcaons 4 :)

I’m back to populate the Shatt tag (and Matt tag). Enjoy...

-  Many sleepless nights at the Garrison that were filled with roasting strange TLC shows (or shows like it)

-  Dude bro bonding time every hour of the day during finals week. What is studying when you could sit in silence contemplating dropping out

-  Matt constantly being out of the Galaxy Garrison dress code ft. Shiro sticking up for him

-  Sneaking into the cafeteria after-hours in order to be chefs

-  Almost burning down the Garrison while trying to be said chefs

-  Matt constantly on the verge of being expelled by Iverson for all of his dumb antics

-  Sam and Shiro convincing Iverson otherwise aka “he has so much potential”

-  ^Which is why Iverson finds too much potential in Matt (Headcanons 3)

-  After getting back from war and everything goes back to “normal” Shiro becomes a teacher

- Matt occasionally shows up to Shiro’s class and is a guest teacher/speaker

-  Otherwise, Matt has no clue what he wants to do which results in him spending time tinkering with anything he can find in the Garrison workshops

-  (After war) Matt and Shiro adopting a cat and a dog once they move into their new place

-  After many discussions the names were decided by Matt – to Shiro’s dismay

-  The cat’s name is Frodo and the dog’s name is Samwise (they are BFFs)

-  Shiro being surprised by the awesomeness of the names

- ^They both giant nerds (obviously)

- Frodo is a black Cat and Samwise is a Golden Retriever

Bonus Round:

-  Keith looking up to Matt and seeing him as an uncle figure

-  Shiro happy that Keith thinks Matt is cool

-  Matt and Shiro having karaoke sessions

-  They are both good singers (what a flex)

The fact that Matt and Shiro are what got me through the toughest time of my life (and are still helping me through it) is a sign that I needed to share a list of small ideas for them so here we go:

-Matt and Shiro rocking out to songs on the coffee table in the Holt's living room. One day it breaks and Colleen tells them to glue it back together. After that day Matt constantly saying "What a poor thing, will never be the same" *shakes head in disappointment*

-Shiro wearing flannels and Matt stealing Shiro's favorite one because it's the superior flannel. Shiro getting annoyed.

-Them learning Kpop dances and waking up their downstairs neighbors at the Garrison by getting too into it (they do it at like 12 in the morning)

- Matt being a decent cook but not liking cooking and Shiro burning down the house by cooking pasta

-BaeBae ditching Matt for Shiro featuring Matt crying in the corner ("But BaeBae is my dog >:P")

-(Pre Kerberos) Watching the stars on top of the roof of a car in the middle of the desert proclaiming their future space exploration to the universe

-(With Garla) Matt telling Shiro everything will be okay and that they'd make it out while imprisoned

Shatt Headcanons 3

I’m back again with the newest iteration of Shatt Headcanons. The brain juices must be flowing with all the Shatt ideas since I was able to come up with this so quickly. As a thank you for all the support this one is extra long so I hope y’all enjoy!

- Matt introducing Shiro the wonderful show that is Love Boat. They watch it whenever they want background noise during an intense game of connect four.

- How is Matt so good at connect four? Why mathematics ;). Shiro hates him for being so good.

- Murder mysteries (games, tv shows, movies, etc. – all fictional tho) are their jam. Scooby-Doo Gang who, they got the dream team: Magical Mystery Bros (Based on the best Beatles album, according to Matt – much to Shiro’s distaste - Magical Mystery Tour).

- Shiro only listening to 50s and 60s music. The only thing not from those times is his emo and rap music.

- Matt loving 70s music – he loves any genre tbh

- Not that they argue over music since Matt will listen to practically anything - but they find compromise listening to the Beatles aka the best of both worlds; and Kpop, can’t forget Kpop.

- Matt’s puns and jokes slowly killing Shiro by the second. He loves them but jeez are they bad

- Gone are the days of sneaking to the rooftop to view the stars. Why do that when you can simply break into the old planetarium that the Garrison has condemned – they do it every other night

- Iverson finding too much potential in Matt to kick him out for antics such as the planetarium (Matt takes the blame since Shiro is the star student – don’t want to mess up his reputation – Shiro feels bad and protests, but Matt insists).

- So many board game nights… too many

- Colleen recruiting Shiro for gardening efforts – as much as Matt tries, he succeeds in killing every plant he touches

- Matt loves to bake but prefers not to cook unless its Pasta

- Shiro will literally burn water – he just doesn’t try; could totally be a decent cook if he did.

- Matt gets onto Shiro for not trying to cook

- After Shiro gets his fake arm, Matt paints different funky, fresh, and cool designs on it.

- Shiro appreciates the effort to make him feel less insecure about it.

- Matt loves to draw different constellations and star clusters. Shiro deems it a good day if Matt colors said drawings as well.

Chapter 1: A Mud Elf

Since ancient times Elves and Humans have been at war with each other. Great strides have been attempted to try to end this war, however, mysterious forces have held back those brave enough to fight for peace. Now it is up to five amateurs, an elven princess, and a whole lot of support from freedom fighters to put a stop to this war, once and for all.

Sneak Peak - of story I am writing

Helllloooo to go along with my last post, I have a special sneak peek preview of my fanfic which has no title yet ... need to decide on that. Anyways, Enjoy! (pls)

As the path in front of Shiro came into formation, two choices presented themselves. The option of a gardener on the left and the word filled path to the right. Being left-handed Shiro tended to go for more of a left leaning approach, however, today was different for the sole reason he was expecting a very special delivery. So he went right and headed towards the letter department of the Kogane Kingdom. A very special place for numerous reasons but the most important were the monthly letters from his star-crossed lover, Matthew Holt. Star-crossed of course representing their love for space, as Shiro liked to think. As he approached the letter tower he took a deep breath to calm the nerves. Who knew if Matt’s letter came in today and who knew if he had even written one back yet. It had been a little over a month which is usually how long it takes but traveling between the Human and Elven lands was no feat.

Shiro waved awkwardly as he spoke, “Hello Letter Keeper, I have once again come to help as it is my princely duty to aid my kingdom.”

“Ah, welcome back Prince Shiro. Once again, you don’t have to explain why you are here, I already know how much you enjoy helping me,“ the Letter Keeper said with a warm grin.

Shiro nodded and smiled back before getting to work. He always started with aiding the Letter Keeper with the bin marked ‘URGENT’, as it seemed pretty important for the Kingdom’s success. After those had been sorted, as Shiro’s mail sorting routine goes, he disappeared to the back which held incoming letters for the townspeople. Starting with ‘Z’, he worked his way up until he reached the letters for himself. He had requested when he first started to receive mail from his old lovers, aka exes, for his letters to be moved to the townspeople section in hopes of his father not finding them. The Letter Keeper of course complied. As he flipped through the letters, it was the usual couple of papers from Curtis advertising his new invention. Shiro made a mental note to go visit him and find out what this ‘cleaning machine’ was all about. Eventually, Shiro came across the grand prize, the letter from Matthew. He knew he couldn’t open it here but he needed a grand escape plan, one that wasn’t suspicious.

Shiro emerged from the back, “Letter Keeper, as I have been here for quite a bit of time, my duties here are done… uhm… i-in fact I have to goo to ameetingnow. Bye.”

Shiro zoomed back to his room as the Letter Keeper gave him a strange look before going back to his sorting.

Once Shiro reached his room he hastily locked his door and carefully opened the letter.

‘Dear my one and only beloved Shiro,

   ^that was gross.

Anyways, I accept your invitation to a date in the forest outside of the castle grounds. In fact, as I am writing this letter I am on my way to Yendailian and should be arriving at .. let’s say 11:86pm which is like a totally human time. Honestly, it’s hard to tell the time when you don’t have a huge clock on the ground. Just meet me around midnight. 

Can’t wait to share all of the wonderful kisses under the stars and be all sappy romantic.

Shiro’s face lit up as he read the letter and he was practically bouncing with excitement. It had been so long since he had seen Matt. What was he going to wear? Holy crap what was he going to wear! It couldn’t be too obvious that he was going somewhere special so the normal date outfit wouldn’t do the trick. Plus, they’ve been on dates before; no need to over do it. He sighed dramatically as he fell back onto his bed. This was too much.
