Oh my gosh!! How would the writers screw up Daisy Quinn, Esmerelda Torres, and Aella Wayne???
Daisy Quinn (since there are so many different dc writers, I’m going to go with suicide squad team for this):
one-dimensional villain
they’d probably make her harley & the joker’s daughter instead of harley & ivy’s daughter
they would definitely ignore her dynamic with Bruce Wayne and her complicated processing of him being Batman
they’d try to just make her harley 2.0 instead of her own person
They’d seriously just go for “hot, crazy, eye candy” as a character instead of an actual personality or plot
Esmerelda:
Would they even touch her reltaionship with Diana?
She can be strong and talented but never as strong or talented as Clark
On the other hand they would want to show that she’s a “badass” so she would never be allowed to have emotions
She’d have to be in some sort of competition with Lois Lane bc god forbid women support each other — they’d also try to make some sort of conflict with Kara I’m sure
They’d probably ignore all of her cultural background stuff
Aella:
Another “dumb rich bitch” character
Would they even acknowledge her friendship with Kara? signs point to no
If they ever let her become a vigilante she would only ever be a sidekick
They would definitely ignore that she knows Supergirl’s identity
Her jealousy about Tim would be made out to be a petty spoiled brat thing and not very genuine abandonment issues relating to her father
Her ability to recognize every superhero she meets (or their civilian identities, depending on which she encounters first) would either not happen or be played for laughs
She would always need to be saved

Okay so of course she’s closest with Tim but I think that she’d get along with all of them, eventually! Aella can be very prickly and would struggle with feeling like she’d sort of been replaced but as she gets to know them she’d become close with all of them!
And she would love Damian! I’m not sure if he’s going to be in her fic at all but if he were, I think I’d have him be her younger brother and they’d definitely be very close and Aella would have a whole lot of anxiety about him being Robin!
