A Little About Our Anarchists:
You’ve heard that good is nothing without evil. After all, who would the heroes be if they didn’t have our Anarchists to go after? Pre-war Anarchists were misunderstood in a lot of ways. Yes, they liked to create chaos, but they were also activists. They were spokespersons for those who were told they weren’t good enough for the Renegades and therefore were expected to smother their powers. They were the revolution. The ones who fought against the oppression of those with powers.
That being said, Anarchists often took their frustrations out on the regular citizens of Gatlon City. They wanted to make all those who had beaten them to the ground pay for what they had done. Make them pay for the way they behaved toward the Anarchists. Making them move underground and turn to crime in order to live. The Anarchists wanted to come out of the shadows and live in a world where everyone was free to use their powers how they liked and given the same respect the Renegades were given. At least the Anarchists were honest about how corrupt they were.
Today, Anarchists still hold some of the same ideals, however, they’re not as evil as people might believe. The Renegades are still a target for them and they still enjoy causing chaos but they’ve gotten over their frustrations of the past. They’ve forgiven the powerless. Well, forgiven or were forced to moved on seeing as how no one is powerless anymore.
The Anarchists are no longer in the shadows but they’re also not treated any better than before the war. To be an Anarchist is to actively be hated even if you aren’t necessarily evil. So, what are they to do? How do you acclimate when everyone is so against you?
