biography
ethan grew up as the youngest of the humphrey siblings and from the very beginning, he was always the loud one and the one that was getting into something. he never was one to stay out of trouble or to stay still and once he got older, he put less of his energy focusing on school and other important things and more of his energy focusing on girls and parties. it didn’t exactly thrill his parents and well, it didn’t matter to him then anyways. really, he never really cared for anyone other than himself...
until his dad passed away. once his dad passed away, ethan changed. of course he still liked parties and he still liked girls but his family came first. he was there for his mom and he was there for alexis and he listened to mickey when mickey said something. his dad’s passing was completely unexpected and wasn’t something that he thought that he would have to deal with at such a young age. he picked up his focus on his grades and graduated high school on time, which was probably a shock to everyone in the family.
ethan worked a lot of odd jobs until the three siblings decided to take over the ranch from their uncle and move to hollows creek. he liked the change of scenery, the new job, and new people. it wasn’t too big where he felt like he wouldn’t fit in and he liked the place. unfortunately for him, he was unaware of the fact that most supernatural things were real. he knew about his sister but he just assumed it was something she practiced, not something she was born with but once he was turned, he was very aware of how wrong he was about well...everything when it came to the supernatural world.
one night he was out partying like he always was but that night in particular, he managed to step into the wrong party and he was lucky enough to live through the attention he received that night. the only flip side to things is he was turned into a vampire and he has no idea how to manage his new transition. being a new, clumsy vampire wasn’t fun for him or well...anyone.
