Park, In-kyung has been working on two-dimensional pieces with paper, brush, and ink for whole life with the belief that she would inherit and revive the declining tradition of Oriental painting.

Last week we had an opening of a pop-up exhibition Absolute Space curated by Artmossphere for which 11 artists including my self have prepared installations. Great brief or rather lack of it have resulted in a diversity of artworks. I was able to make a first step towards a 3D works on such scale, that I wanted to do for so long. 3x6 meters, plywood, paint, aerosol, LED.

My work is a personal exploration of a sense of transition.
