Happiness is a butterfly, which when pursued, is always just beyond your grasp, but which, if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you. ~Nathaniel Hawthorne My "Brilliant Butterfly" is the 3rd and final photo in my "Windows Into The Wild" instagram series. For those of you who know me, you will know that I LOVE butterflies and I couldn't miss the opportunity to photopaint one! Fortunately there was a 6th grader who has the same love that I do and he/she created this beautiful creature for us to enjoy. I came along years after they created it and I took a photo and made a piece of art out of another piece of art. In today's photos I also included a wider view of the trail that shows the many sections of art. The trail itself is amazing and the art only enhances the visual beauty.
