Ghostly detonations and stamped universes conjured up with Devil Bangers. Here are some stills along with footage from our 16mm pinhole movie films. Our homemade camera has a series of 7 side-by-side pinholes. Each exposure spans about 10 traditional 16mm film frames, so what you are seeing in this film is 7 exposures of the same subject each cut into 10 parts, which accounts for the up and down scanning motion. The process would entail, let's say Ahmed, photographing a series of 7 exposures, then advancing 2 feet afterwards to a new section of film, and then completing another series of shots. After a final advance he would place the camera into a specially designed box with all the pinholes exposed, and mail it to Scott, who would then do a series of shots, and then mail back the camera to Ahmed, again exposing along the way.
