My dear friend Ibrahim Aburakhia @aburakhiaibrahim asked me to share this video. It shows the situation his family is living through in Ghazzah right now, surrounded by rubble from the ceaseless bombing by the IOF.

Ibrahim and his family have a chance to leave this destruction behind and reach safety with relatives in Canada. However, they need funds to do so. Prices for crossing the border to leave Ghazzah are extremely high. What's more, even getting the food needed to survive long enough to escape is difficult and dangerous, as Ghazzans are being shot at aid distribution sites.

The Aburakhia family needs money to survive and evacuate, but donations keep stagnating. The last donation their campaign recieved was two days ago. The whole family is hungry, exhausted, and scared. @aburakhiaibrahim and his family haven't been home in 11 months. Can you even imagine staying away from a place you call home for that long ? Or even just a place to stay with proper amenities ? And having to keep fleeing from bombs constantly during it ? People are becoming desensitised to the Palestinian struggle but please, just put yourself in their shoes for a moment. Imagine how they feel.

I am writing this on behalf of my friend Ibrahim @aburakhiaibrahim. Ibrahim is only 20, but instead of getting to study, work, or enjoy his life, he is living through a genocide.

Ibrahim and his family of 28 are living in the ruins of their home. They are all exhausted and hungry, suffering from the lack of food and other basic necessities and aid in Ghazzah.

As well as this, since the war began again, they have to live in constant fear of bombing. Recently, Ibrahim attempted to film a video, but the sound of bombing was too loud to speak or be heard over.

Right now, my friend Ibrahim Aburakhia and his family are being displaced, forced to flee to escape death at the hands of the IOF. They need money to afford the high prices for food and shelter so that they may stay alive. Unfortunately, donations keep stagnating, making it difficult to afford necessities.

Ibrahim and his family are living through a genocide. All they are asking for is help to survive. They deserve to live, and to have a better life than this.

This is a some art I made for my dear friend Ibrahim Aburakhia @aburakhiaibrahim and his parents. His parents are elderly, and need medical treatment that they cannot access in Ghazzah due to Israel's blockade and bombing of hospitals. They need to evacuate to be for their safety and health.

Ibrahim has a sister and other relatives in Canada, who he hasn't gotten to see in 15 years. His sister applied and was approved for family reunification, meaning that if the Aburakhias can get out of Ghazzah, they can reunite and live safely with their family in Canada. 

However, crossing the border into Egypt is extremely expensive, costing five thousand dollars per person. And right now, the Aburakhias are struggling to afford food, let alone passage across the border. They need donations, both to survive, and to evacuate whenever possible.

This is a photo my friend Ibrahim @aburakhiaibrahim took for me. Ibrahim is a dear friend and we have been talking regularly for many months. Unfortunately, Ibrahim and his loved ones are in danger, and he needs your support to help them live.

Ibrahim lives with his family of 28, including his elderly parents and young siblings. All of them have spent nearly the last two years living through hunger, bombardment, fear, and pain. They've lost their home, stability, and safety, and are now just trying to survive amidst a genocide.

Right now, the Aburakhia family needs support to afford the sky-high prices for food and other basic necessities. However, they keep going for days without receiving any donations, often leading to them going hungry for days on end.

Please, support Ibrahim and his family. Even a small donation, or a deliberate effort to share his campaign with your friends makes a difference. Your help means a lot to him, and keeps his family alive.
