Brief update

I had been away from tumblr for some time, working on personal things, trying to get my life in better order, etc.  I realized, though, that this was something I missed, and wanted to do again.  So I am back! 

I’m super busy with work for the next week, and then starting a new temp job, but I’ll be around.  

I hope you are all well, and I will come back and update on my progress with health and relationships when I have more time!

I don’t need to be friends with people who I have to hand-hold through basic levels of thinking and decency. I don’t need to be friends with people who don’t respect me as a person and who put what they want first when they know I’m hurting. I don’t need to be friends with people who are going to value me as a romantic or sexual object or partner and not as a person or as a friend.
