¡Hola! No sé si contestarte en catalán o castellano. Aunque mi lengua materna es el castellano, el catalán lo hablo desde que sé hablar. Lo haré en las dos ya que puedo. 

Creo que la traducción de la frase en castellano seria: “Bueno, ¡no eres adorable!” y queda muy rara porque el significado cambia por completo jajaja. Así que la traducción sería “¡Qué adorable eres!” y punto.

En català passaria el mateix així que “Bé, no ets adorable!” per la traducció literal i “Que n’ets d’adorable!” per la traducció del significat. Vaja, això és més difícil del que pensava!

Thought 'beraden' does sound a bit.. posh? XD when you say: 'I'm going to ask for advice" you would say "Ik ga advies vragen" rather than "ik ga me beraden" *babbling* How was your day?!:3

Ooh cool, at least that one's definitely related to beraten! And now I'm going to remember what 'to ask for advice' means in Dutch for all eternity. Hm. :-)

Hello!! Just wanted to say your cosplays are amazing!!! Every single one of them is so stunning!! I have been cosplaying for a couple of years but am planning only now to make my next cosplay(Merida from brave) from scratch, and I am terrified?! Do you have any tips for a total noob? Once again your cosplays are gorgeous! As are you!!:D Hope you are having a nice day!

Thank you so much for your message!!! If this is your first time sewing something from scratch, get ready for a freaking rollercoaster! Give yourself lots of time to mess up and be sure to buy some practice fabric for cheap that you can afford to practice cutting pattern pieces on if your fashion fabric is something expensive. 

The internet is an AMAZING resource, especially for a cosplay like Merida! Look up to see how other cosplayers have done it before, see if you can find WIP posts, progress shots, etc. cosplay.com isn't really a site I visit much, but there can be some amazing reference or tutorial posts on there! 

Sewing is essentially: picking the right fabric, cutting out pieces in the right shape, and sewing them together in the right order. At least that's how I like to think about it, it makes it seem a lot more manageable. The second step is ALWAYS the hardest, and definitely the one that should get the most attention. Making a pattern out of cheap fabric to test your pattern is always a great step to take!
