I'm proud of myself

I have issues eating right drinking water and taking my meds on time.

BUT

this past week ive

taken my meds on time

Drank more water

Eaten 2 meals a day

Im so proud of myself! Remember to praise your small achievements!!!

Just a little rant...

TW: DEATH

So in November my grandmother was found to have tumors in her lungs... she got them out like 3 weeks ago now and now 2 weeks ago I found out they were cancerous... last week (on Wednesday) she had a level 16 stroke.

I missed 3 classes so I could be with my family. she was put on DNR by my mom and her siblings. she died Sunday night... 

i’m not ok... i’m scared i wanna cry ad i’m in a meltdown right now 

the one person who helps me is asleep and i’m just about to force it down t o wait and let it build. 

someone send help
