i think the point was that the goddess gave carm a really easy one because she was rooting for her? like she basically gave her her happy ending on a silver platter because she knew carm had been through enough

Ren tells Nora that it’s too warm for pancakes and she doesn’t speak to him until he presents her with a stack covered in summer berries

On the first day of summer, the two trek out to their village to visit family and let them know how they’ve been at Beaco

The trek involves a lot of Ren telling Nora not to eat the wild berries they find along the way

Doesn’t stop her from making a bouquet of daisies and tying them up with the greenest blades of grass she can find. Ren wears it in his pocket on the walk back to Beacon
