Revisiting my new years resolutions
So I went onto my other tumblr and found my new years resolutions. I wanted to take a look at them, make sure I was working towards them and see if any of them needed tweaking/changing. Here goes...
My 2012 new years resolutions are…
- Reach my goal weight size and shape the healthy way. I'm no longer concerned with my weight, I want to see changes in the mirror, not on the scales.
- Improve my flexibility (Hoping for spike and bow & arrow by end of march, on both legs by July) I switched from flying to basing, so flexibility isn't my main priority now. I'm focusing on building strength and good technique so I can hit all my stunts and support my flyers as best as I can.
- Improve my gymnastics (I'm working on it :D)
- Increase usage of my blogs (I'm all over tumblr like a rash, its a fantastic way to record progress!)
- Revive my handmade jewelry and bow site. (I'm making bows for my new cheer team and have ordered supply's to make flash yet affordable training bows for the UK cheer community)
- Pay off all my student account (by May) (I'm well on track to getting myself completely out of overdraft and I'm excited to get rid of it all from my account!)
I'm not just on a diet, I'm on a journey to change my life for the better. I'm glad I did this because its great to see that I'm still working on the goals I set at the beginning of the year :)
