Cornimer continues to be my favorite character so far. This has some real "Can I offer you a nice egg in this trying time?" energy to it, which I enjoy.

I know Cornimer won't be around for long, and is almost surely a seasonal thing, but I love him all the same. I just hope that Tortimer keeps putting on various horrifying masks throughout the year and forcing me to take more useless trinkets or DIY ingredients. Like young bamboo, or blue seashells.

I don't think he WILL, mind you, since Cornimer appeared in earlier games and no other masks did, but I'd still like that.

Cornimer always takes me by surprise, because there's no rhyme or reason to Cornimer in this game. Tortimer just puts on an acorn mask and we all accept it without questioning it. What questions would you possibly ask? He's simply handing out a random number of acorns on a daily basis, and that's all there is to it.

Today I got a single acorn. I wasn't angry about it. I don't really need or want acorns. I have hundreds. From Cornimer.
