How does Acornbee feel now that she knows her mate committed atrocities and is now dead ??? (Also uh may we see the snowacorn kits)

Acornbee’s entire life was dedicated to the law of the code after she was taken in, so she not only viewed Snowstar as her partner and a molly she loved but also as a spokesperson for StarClan itself, meaning that she pretty much agreed with everything Snowstar did or said. She enabled her a lot, justified her actions to others, and also took part in helping her on some things (for example: there was at one point in the plot where Acornbee would hit Minkclaw over the head with a tree branch so hard that the branch would splinter fhsbhdcsdsc) so, finding out that Snowstar like murdered cats and was also blackmailing her sister didn’t change Acornbee’s opinions. She just kinda excused it :’)

That being said, she was in fact distraught over her death and attacked Minkstar over it -- only to be thrown off and chased away by Blackcloud. Minkstar would set up a bunch of search parties and what not to try and find Acornbee to bring her back for her kits, but Acornbee would end up never returning and just abandoning her kits due to the grief of losing her wife.

And technically you have seen the snowacorn kits :D!! I drew them for a hypokit challenge, right here B)

oooh can you go into what your plan was for the story of snowstar's supporters who lived? i'm especially curious about acornbee, since her connection to snowstar made me realize that you don't often see villains such as snowstar who have a healthy romantic relationship with someone. (it at least appeared healthy in the comic!)

 EEP THANK YOU it was intended to be a healthy relationship! OR WELL I’m not sure if it would be healthy truly considering Acornbee did like, enable Snowstar a lot, and they were two toxic people placed together, but I did want to portray in the comic that they did genuinely both love each other. They loved each other and they actually would have been pretty decent parents to their kits had they stayed around (but that doesn’t change the fact that Acornbee straight up abandoned them sooo... no matter how many ifs or buts they aren’t good people for sure) but that was an intentional thing! I wanted my villains to be rounded, so while they weren’t good people at all, they still had some interesting qualities that balanced them out, you know? Not pure evil, but just because they had the capability of doing nice things from time to time that did not justify or excuse at all what they did.

As for the villains and supporters!! I’ll do a brief little list right here under the cut :>!!

Acornbee - Touched upon it a bit already, but essentially she would try to kill Minkstar as an act of revenge and when that failed, she would have run away from the territories and never returned. Her kittens would be taken in by Minkstar and Blackcloud to raise instead, and Acornbee would essentially just fall off the radar, living the rest of her days as a loner. 

Copperclaw & Gorsefang - While not necessarily villains, I do consider these two antagonists in the comic because they do support Snowstar at first! They’re separated from the rest of the villain cast though because they weren’t really doing this of their own free will; at first they looked up to and admired Snowstar, but later they began to realize she was wrong and doing horrible things, but at that time Snowstar began threatening the lives of Hollycloud and Emberstorm so neither Gorsefang nor Copperclaw felt safe enough to rebel against her. Gorsefang would end up being spurred into action against Snowstar by Blackcloud’s support and comfort and would end up killing Raintail -- the tom who had the final killing blow on Burnetpelt, as well as executed Antfoot, and also was friends with Elmfoot. Copperclaw would end up tackling her sister Emberstorm during the final confrontation to beg her to stop fighting and then would run off once she realized Emberstorm was fighting against Snowstar. Copperclaw was very young and manipulated by Snowstar so she was very conflicted, scared, and confused over what happened; she spent a few moons away from RiverClan but came back around before the third moon arrived. Minkstar takes her back in and Copperclaw works to rebuild her standing in RiverClan, whereas Gorsefang stayed the entire time and spent that time also working to rebuild their standing in RiverClan. Gorsefang and Chubstream would actually end up finding love with each other too and they’d become romantic partners :>

Raintail, Toadtail, Elmfoot, Commapelt, Sandwhisker, Harrierheart & Loachpelt - Grouping them all together since they’re supporting villains/back-up villains. Raintail would be killed off by Gorsefang in the final battle; Toadtail would be killed off by Owlfoot in the final battle; Elmfoot is killed off by Otterflower and Hollycloud in the final battle; Commapelt runs away after the deaths of Laurelstar and Snowstar, as well as the retreat of Yellowstar; Sandwhisker is killed by Roseface in the final battle; Harrierheart runs away permantly from the territories like Commapelt; Loachpelt is killed by Nightthroat when he and Batfoot stage a rescue mission to save Vervainstripe from being held as ThunderClan’s prisoner. 

Laurelstar & Whimbrelthroat - Together since they’re ThunderClan’s baddies. Essentially, Laurelstar would be cornered and killed off by Lionstorm after confessing she was in on the whole thing during the final battle. Whimbrelthroat would track down Vervainstripe in the middle of the final battle and attempt to kill him off, but Whinchatwhisker would rescue him and kill Whimbrelthroat instead, taking out years of pent up rage and resentment out on her sister who was at the source for all of it. There’s an old doodle on here of Vervainstripe staring in shock with a blood splatter across his face which is specifically referencing this scene of Whinchatwhisker rescuing him from Whimbrelthroat. 

Yellowstar & Redflower - After like, ages of being horrible, Yellowstar and Redflower get their comeuppance. Redflower is cornered by Vervainstripe and Nightthroat and attacked pretty badly by the both of them (though it’s not,, uncalled for considering Redflower literally uh tortured Vervainstripe :| ) and Redflower retreats, badly wounded but alive. Yellowstar also ends up retreating from final battle alongside Redflower. There’s some details provided in the screenshot below but as an abridged version: basically, she and Redflower have kits for the sole purpose of carrying on Aspenstar’s lineage. Redflower succumbs to his injuries soon after and Yellowstar still isn’t being treated for her wounds; she ends up having her kits and they get taken to RiverClan much to her hatred. She confronts Roseface again (which, fun fact btw: she and Sandwhisker are the ones who ripped out his eye so by this time in the timeline he has scars just like Minkclaw’s -- which pissed yellowstar off MORE), they have a fight, and Yellowstar ends up dying of her wounds alone and stranded from the Clans.

So, basically, a lot of the supporting cast antagonists do actually die, just not all right away !

47. “You’ve finally rendered me speechless.”

Fighting was instinct. Battling was an art. That was the first thing she had learned from Snowthroat after joining RiverClan.

Step back, step right. Step back, step left. Duck, swing, repeat. It was like a dance, a mesmerizing back and forth, like the birds that courted each other when the leaves on the trees began to bud after the first thaw. It was notably different from the flailing of limbs and furious swipes battering against pelts that was a part of Hattie’s loner instinct, that was for sure. 

Snowthroat swung; Hattie stepped left and ducked. She sprung up from her hunched position, slamming her weight into Snowthroat’s chest and sending both herself and her sparring partner down to the ground with a grunt of effort. Satisfaction rolled over Hattie in waves as she found herself pinning Snowthroat to the ground, her round paws trapping the lean molly firmly between her and the soft earth below. 

Her eyes glittering, Snowthroat looked up to Hattie with a toothy grin worming across her countenance, and before she could even speak, Hattie felt the vibration of Snowthroat’s purr through her paws planted firmly against the white-pelted chest. 

“You’ve finally rendered me speechless.”

Hattie struggled to find a response to that, caught up in the rush of pride that swarmed her chest and buzzed around her head like infectious bees, and her pelt suddenly felt warmed to the core. So caught up in the euphoria of praise, she hardly noticed the way Snowthroat’s expression morphed to determination, and by the time Hattie felt the paws at her sides, it was already too late. She barely even managed to blurt out “oh shit-” before she was flipped through the air and her back was pressed hard into the dirt; Snowthroat leaned over her, the sunlight filtering through the willow tree’s leaves outlining her long white fur.

“You tricked me,” Hattie gasped, not even bothering to even attempt to paw Snowthroat off. Her sparring partner only shrugged casually in response, her purr still noticeable despite her triumphant expression.

“Maybe so,” Snowthroat mused, before something lit brightly in her eyes, “but you really did impress me there. I think you’re ready for Plumstar’s assessment.” 

Hattie only pressed her chin to her chest fur, trying to hide her giddy expression from her soon-to-be clanmate.

some fun notes!:  - in the season change verse, when cats have surrogate sires/dames, the resulting kits will still be born looking like the products of the parents they’re being born for (if that makes sense HFBDSFSFD). idk how its like starclan magic or whatever i can Do What I Want - frostkit is deaf - frostkit would also take the most after snowstar and be a near spitting image of her, with his spiky fur and majority white pelt - though his face would be much more round like acornbees - blizzardkit and icekit would take after acornbee the most, although blizzardkit would have thicker fur

uh for the expression meme!! you don't have to do all of these, I just had ideas,, but! b3 acornbee, c2 gorsefang, b2 nightthroat, b1 cuckoochirp, nd c4 honeystream!!!

the most inch resting part abt the requests u left: all of these expressions can either be applied to an event that has already happened or WILL happen in each characters life

1: sexuality headcanon - again no real orientation headcanon for her !!! i just kno she loves snowstar and thatse it o__o

2: otp - SnowAcorn and thats IT FHBDSFHSDF

3: brotp - hmmmm probably WhimbrelAcorn or LaurelAcorn!! although yellowstar can be rather standoffish and rude, Whimbrel+Laurel would be friendly with Acorn (esp to appease snowstar o__o )

4: notp - BlackAcorn or MinkAcorn bc...again....reasons i cannot reveal yet o__o

5: first headcanon that pops into my head - she has british shorthair heritage!!! cootwhisker also highly approves of her and encouraged her courtship w/ snowstar

6: one way in which I relate to this character- sometimes u will just do anything a pretty (and mean) girl tells u to do Q__Q

7: thing that gives me second hand embarrassment about this character- GHBHGBHDSDFDF GIRL...
