I tried to order charms from Acornpress several months ago and they took my payment but never actually sent me the charms. Do you know anything about what’s up with them? Is there any way I can get in contact about it? They never answered my emails :((

Unfortunately, Acornpress has had a long history of instability as a business and have had many long periods of total unresponsiveness to customers followed by brief blips of life and good reviews, only to repeat the cycle.

I know some artists manage to eventually get their orders suddenly after months of emailing, but others aren't so lucky. Personally, I'd try to initiate a chargeback or call it a loss. Best of luck!

Hunter x Hunter 2″ Clear Acrylic Keychains NOW AVAILABLE ON ETSY!

Your options are: Gon, Killua, Kurapika, Leorio, Hisoka, or the full set (all five)! Each charm comes with a metal keychain and colored star bead. The reverse side of the charm is the same image as the front!

I have limited quantities of some of the star bead colors (like Kurapika's red--I only have 15 stars, but 30 charms) so you MAY receive a different color if I run out. I will update the pictures asap when I do!
