I do lean more towards Elucien (and it’s probably honestly because I’m more attracted to Lucien and projecting onto Elain lol) but I truly do not understand being so invested in it and the shipping wars.
I will enjoy reading whoever Elain ends up with and I think I will love whatever outcome because SJM is a great storyteller. I trust her to do whatever is best for her character’s individual and collective arcs.
Is anyone else really over the shipping wars? Make your fanart. Write your fic. Even have your in depth analysis on why you ship what you do… as long as it’s not insulting and being mean to other people for feeling differently… please just be mature and get along lol. I love to see Elain fanart but the tags can get so toxic.
