Another animal asking me what to wear, and foolishly putting “MVP Shirt” on the list. You can’t do that and expect me to pick anything else! Don’t tempt me and then get sad when I pick the objectively best shirt in the game!

Okay, I’m not the first one to say that, but what, you gonna look up the origin of that quote? Maybe you should; it’s a pretty good movie!
Okay, well, this is probably all of the luck that I have for the rest of the year, but the very first day that Julia’s palace cookie was available, a free one was for sale, and I got the memory-related magic carpet from it.
The memory itself was kind of cute, with Leopold wanting to take Julia for a spin on the carpet and Julia running off to get Soybean instead, leaving Leopold to say “Well, I guess all that matters is that she’s happy.” Okay, bud, have a great day, I guess.
I never noticed it before, but Julia’s tongue is super blue. Why do so many animals have these weird colors on their body parts? Green inside their ears? Orange skin? Is this some calculated effort on the part of the character designers to keep the animals from looking too realistic? I actually would believe that if someone told me that was the case.
The various animals are big on telling me about summer these days, which makes sense, because it is currently summer. I don’t really have any clever or snide remarks that I want to share about their little stories. They stand just fine on their own, I think.
THEY’RE ON A DATE!
Have you ever seen how gross and wrinkled a plucked bird looks? I mean, you’ve probably seen a hairless cat before, and you know how wrinkled those guys are. Birds are just as bad. Having tight, smooth skin is not super common in the animal kingdom!
My point is, Julia is probably already super wrinkled and a few more won’t kill her as long as she keeps her gross wrinkled skin covered up with those beautiful feathers.
