What are you going to do after? You're still going to feel like shit, right? Notes are just numbers, people saying shit like 'nuuu don't do it life is beautiful' when they actually don't know anything about you or what you're going through.

I'm not trying to downplay what you're going through, but I doubt begging for notes helps.
