BELOW: Twenty-five years later, Brent Nicholson Earle, wearing the same shirt, speaks at ACT UP New York’s 30th anniversary action on March 30, 2017, passionately recounting the history of ACT UP (the AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power) and the AIDS crisis and shouting as he reads the names of the “sacred dead,” including Mel Cheren. He concludes, “Our full story must be told again, and again, so people never forget.” (Photo by Molly Gingras)

AHCA aka Trumpcare is poised to kick 23 million people off healthcare while budget cuts threaten Medicaid, PEPFAR, Ryan White Care Act, Women's Health, and STD prevention among other things. Help us carry coffins down 5th Ave for the programs and policies on the chopping block under Donald Trump and our current elected officials.
All are welcome! No experience required. Come join the ongoing movement against AIDS.
