Okay ill just say my clockwwork and builderman headcanons/lore and thn the actual ship lala also pls bear with me my keyboard is broken and i have 112313 missing keys </3 So clooockwork was created by the HQ, mostly Builderman- as a way to have another admin, since they thought itd be cool and useful to have a robot working for roblox. Clockworked tested out UGC's, programmed and scripted some things for roblox. Originally he was made for battle, hence his armor and gauntlets (his weapon(s) ). He was supposed to be created to fight off hackers and exploiters, like a moderator, but Mr. Roblox needed more programming employees. Though, Clockwork does help most of the time along with Doombringer and Gordonrox24, moderating and keeping robloxia under control. He gets damaged a lot, mostly because hes stupid and clumsy.. I mean, hes a sentient android who is still learning about thee world..- which is why i also made him a nerd in chemistry and Teapots.. I guess he read tons of books about chemistry and stumbled upon teapot books?? I doont know I thought it was funny.. :--) another fun headcanon is that he has artificial skin, so he could take it off like a suit and show his metal underneath.. he takees iit off when he's not working or if hes resting. usually it creeps people tf out if theey see him..

(clockwwork wiithout skin LMAO) Builderman on the other hand was Mr. Roblox's first employee and his best, he first started out on his job as a cheerful man and now hes like a zombie.. LOL hes just so tired and done with life </3 He obviously builds and creates things for roblox, getting paperwork donee aswell.. he's a VERY busy man. He does help Clockwork and tends to him, fixing him. Builderman also moderates but only if he neeeds to since uh.. hes busy doing work from 2009 (I headcanon Mr. Roblox to have horrible dementia cuz hes sooo ooooldd.. thx kris 4 the headcanon @nonsensicallyhere).

As for the SHIP.. I thought it'd be cute, since Builderman always tends to Clockwork, it causes them to get a bit closer each time, chatting about random things, while Builderman is fixing up some wires or smth. Yeah Clockwork would talk a lot and annoy Builderman at times but its just beecause hes a curious android.. <3 I gueess Builderman enjoyed his company more than he thought he would.

More headcanons btw because i love this ship tbh.. Okay okay Clockwork always ends up dragging Builderman away from his computer/work to have tea/coffee breaks, or if he wants Builderman to rest because holy shit he does NOT stop working. Another is that Clockwork is liike.. a obvsly taller than Builderman (BUIDLEERMN IS SHORT ASF </333) and picks him up and spins him around out of joy.. Builderman aalways throws up beecause he has motion sickness LAWL.. I might make more later heh.. im so lazy rn though Im eating waffles

Hi! Been thinking more than I should about the recruiters and I wanted to ask if you had any random headcanons about purple team (specifically Joe and Malfie). I just love them and their friendship so much.

ASHGRH purple team I love them too!

I adore their dynamic with Malfie as someone who seems kinda laid back and optimistic while Joe is brooding and moaning and groaning about over time.

I don’t think I have any specific headcanons but if I were to give it a think:

- Joe and Malfie get along because they both treat Recruiting as work- Malfie because of his loyalty to Maleficent and pride that she’s usually the “lead” Villain in other Disney programs and Joe out of obligation.

- Joe has a secret tie to “something else” that Malfie had always been suspicious of, he prods but knows when to step back when Joe gets defensive (Joe is strangely close to some other denizens of the park, such as my headcanons that Joe and Ocean from Fashionable Easter are childhood friends)

That’s all I can think of for now!

Headcannon: Jamie is that "one more drink cant hurt" person that gets trashed and when they get home they try to make a dog sled by leashing their dog and sitting in an ottoman.

The only reason this isn’t a thing is that I don’t have a dog.

Hey, I saw your reply about purple team headcanons and loved it. But near the end you mentioned the connections Joe has to other characters in the park, specifically Ocean. What are your thoughts for their backstory and their relationship? If you wanna share of course :)

I absolutely adore stories/ideas/comics where there are crossovers. I don't know if I have solid headcanons or I just kind of accept whatever art I see haha.

I did draw this comic YEARS ago where I thought it'd be interesting if Joe were a merman who made a deal with Ursula to make Ocean human so that Ocean could be with his Fashionable Easter friends OvO. You can see it here!

I'm definitely flexible but I do like the idea that Joe was from the mer-kingdom, that maybe even Ursula and the other Villains are 'nasty folk' but like amoungst the other Disney characters so Joe and everyone co-exist with the other parade characters, other shows, movie characters etc.

Naturally this means he's friends with Ocean and Ariel etc. I've seen some gorgeous art of them all and I LOVE the idea of them being childhood friends. I think Joe has a hard time making friends but he gets roped along with overly friendly or curious people. It makes me think of how early in the first year of Recruiters, someone asked Joe if he's friends with the other Recruiters and he said he didn't need friends, but in 2018 at his final show, Joe is the one to say "Even we villains know friendship".

I'm not sure how you're doing/how activity levels would be like on this account, but I saw in a different ask (re: "personal headcanons about the Recruiters") that you had headcanons that were terribly miserable. Do you mind telling us some of them? Thank you!

Hello, I’m still very much on tumblr but since Covid shut down the parks, it’s been difficult finding motivation/material 😰 I will answer asks as much as I can though so please send them through!  Miserable headcanons coming right up, some of these I’ve adopted from fanart I’ve seen and some from conversations I’ve had with friends so they’re not entirely my own though. Most of these are similar to the ones I mentioned in this post, but I’ll elaborate on them a bit.

- Apple hates storms, they put him in a foul mood and he plays it off as being a plant, he doesn’t like bad weather. But the truth is that it reminds him of the night his Queen died.

-Jack is afraid of snow, the blanketed white stresses him out, he thinks he has to paint it red or the Queen will come after his head. Even though he wants to just chill with the others, the site of so much white shuts him down completely. 

-Joe did not always work for Ursula- in fact he was a merman, friends with Ocean from Fashionable Easter. In 2015, after seeing how much Ocean enjoyed life on the surface and how miserable it made him to come home, Joe made a deal with Ursula to give Ocean human legs so that he could stay with the other Designers while he, Joe, was left to serve her for the rest of his life. (I drew a comic of that here)

-Re: Life after Halloween This one is a Depends On My Mood kinda headcanon, and that is that all the Recruiters are in fact already dead. 

That is to say they are only given life for the duration of Halloween, this especially goes for those that were never living things to begin with, like Jack who was originally a playing card or Veil who might be the bell at the top of the Notre Dame. So on Halloween night, at 11:59pm, they all say their goodbyes and hope that maybe when they fall asleep... some day they’ll get to wake up again.

Note that on Halloween 2018, Joe specifically says “You humans have a tomorrow to look forward to but we’re not so sure that tomorrow will come ... it must be nice to be human, makes me jealous.”

It’s always been common fandom chatter about whether or not the Recruiters exist outside of Halloween, so hearing Joe saying something like that at the final show was extremely emotional!! But having Joe say it at the actual show makes me think that maybe... it might be true?

-Daru lives after Halloween because he was already a living puppy before he was turned into a Recruiter like the others (some of the others, though living creatures, died with their masters and are brought to life only for Halloween) so after the festivities, he’s the lone Recruiter that remembers the others

That’s all I can think of for now but I’ll post more if I think of them!

Oh do you have any hcs about the sort of magic/powers/abilities the recruiters have?

Oh boy, do I! 

Apple: Controls wood/trees/plant life. Also can emit poison from any part of his body

Daru: Animal instincts, he’s a dog after all, so claws, sharp teeth, faster than normal

Jack: Magician like, can turn into a playing card, open portals (that lead to Wonderland)

Malfie: Wings, can bring out thorns/branches from the floor sort of like Apple, eyes go green when he uses his powers

Joe: Is an octopus (HAHA), can bring out his tentacles even in human form, can breathe underwater even in human form

Hock: Human but a skilled pirate,  talented swordsmanVeil: Voice/shock waves with her bell and voice

Hades: Flames, lots of flames

Scar: Same as Daru, claws, speed, animal instinct

Farja: Magic, swapping the location of things, wings

Mr. V: Hypnotism
