the cabin had been the first place allison knew to look for her girlfriend after the hunters had come after them and they had told her to find someplace safe to hide. they couldn’t stay here long but at least for tonight they could rest and reload, come up with a plan, and start again in the morning. with one bedroom dante had offered for them to take the bedroom and he would take the couch. it didn’t take long for lydia to fall asleep with allison beside her but the brunette found it more difficult. eventually she tiptoed out into the living room to get some water but found that she wasn’t the only one still awake. “ you can’t sleep either? ” she murmured quietly as she moved towards the couch, sitting down at the end of it.
