*He was out in the woods behind his home, the first time in over a week he'd even left his bed. He'd left his sleeping mate and children without disruption, he couldn't even bare to look at them when he was like this. So he had come out here to pray in desperation, not that he ever expected an answer anymore. What he had to say poured out of his mouth like water, words leaving as soon as he thought them, sometimes the words of other voices mixed in. It was an entirely disjointed mess, but it got it's point across, how absolutely terrified Gabriel was of what was happening to him.*
