no, terfs have a particular set of ideologies and beliefs, like, for example, communists, or nazis, or feminists, or republicans are groups of which the members share some key beliefs.
terfs aren’t just “people who misgender on purpose”. that would just make them transphobes. terfs are so much more than just transphobic. please, i implore you to do lots of research on this. start with something easy like this article, but when you do independent research be careful of reading stuff that seems to support them.
