A loud rustle was heard from nearby bushes. It didn’t take long until one hears the sound of loud quacks from a duck. True be told, a large white duck popped out from the bush, seemingly running away from something. One might thought the duck is running away from something larger than it. Like foxes,perhaps. However, what came after it was none other but a small, palm sized humanoid with cat ears and tail. It was a Nuko. 

“Myaaaaow!” The nuko growled excitedly. His heterochromia eyes shines brightly. From his perspective, he probably just wants to play with the duck. But the duck probably think otherwise. At any rate, the nuko was too focused on the duck that it didn’t saw a person coming from the other direction. 

Thus, of course it bumped into the person and fell backwards. It looks like he bumped hard enough that stars starts swirling above his head.

honestly? it varies. usually throwing around headcanon’s or opportunities for development. for example, yesterday, ic, @qrwvviid was yellin’ at @ancestryfated and that sparked vera and afton’s rwby muse like crazy.

Which muse romanticizes the world rather than accept the cruel reality of it? That they deny the horror of it to the point that they ignore the tragedies in front of them? Who is it that believes in a fairy tale type of happy ending and true love cliches?

–None.

The characters on this list range from people who are optimistic, to pessimistic, to downright monsters, none of which romanticise the world around them. They are either people who are put through trials by the world, are products of the cruel reality, or relish in the chaos of it all.

None deny the horror, many of them dance with it, have seen it, and continue onward. There are some who may wish, in their heart of hearts, for a happy ending, but even those thoughts are just wishes entertained only as “What ifs”.

Maybe that means I should get onto writing characters who are so wholly innocent that they outright don’t see the cruelty, or whose world would crumble around them if that curtain was ever lifted. Big thoughts, big thoughts.
