So the test portrait I made yesterday using my Aero-Liberator 4X5 with an Aero Ektar 178mm F2.5 lens at F2.5– depth of field is like .1” at 7 feet which is the subject distance in this test. My lens also has been repolished and as such it has a very soft but beautiful classic rendering at F2.5 and a close working distance, stop it down and it is classic sharp.
